Networks are increasingly complex. Traffic patterns are changing. Consumption has shifted to over-the-top. Customer expectations are unforgiving. And operations teams are being asked to do more with less.
That’s why we’re proud to share that Aispire has joined the National Content & Technology Cooperative (NCTC) as an Approved Partner and we will be bringing our solution to more than 650 independent broadband, cable, and telecommunications operators across the U.S. that are part of the NCTC community. These operators collectively serve about one-third of connected households nationwide. Across the industry, NCTC is widely recognized for curating proven solutions, reducing operational friction, and enabling independent operators to access the technology, partnerships, and insights they need to grow—without enterprise‑scale overhead.
That mission aligns directly with how and why Aispire was built.
Why This Partnership Makes Sense
Joining NCTC is a perfect fit for us because we believe operators of all sizes deserve the same level of intelligence and clarity as the biggest players in the industry. Too often, the tools available to monitor and troubleshoot networks are either overly complex, fragmented, or designed with only the largest providers in mind, meaning $$$. We are changing that.
By connecting members with solutions that are already proven and operationally relevant, NCTC helps operators of all sizes—including those with very small teams and limited engineering resources—adopt technology that scales effectively.
As an Approved Partner, Aispire met NCTC’s criteria for:
- Demonstrated success in real operator environments
- Addressing a high-frequency, strategic operational need
- Scaling down to serve smaller and regional providers
- Delivering value without increasing operational burden
This validation matters, because many tools in the market were designed for the largest global providers and retrofitted—often poorly—for everyone else. Independent operators deserve technology built with their reality in mind.

What Aispire brings to the NCTC community
Aispire helps operators understand how network behavior translates into customer experience—without invasive probes, brittle agents, or sprawling toolchains.
Rather than asking teams to monitor everything everywhere, Aispire focuses on consumption-centric intelligence: understanding how services actually perform from the customer’s point of view, and how degradations emerge across the delivery path.
By correlating existing network telemetry with application and service behavior, The Aispire Intelligence Platform is designed to help operators:
- See what’s happening across the network in real time, without stitching together multiple tools
- Faster root cause analysis to troubleshoot faster with better context and fewer guesswork-driven escalations
- Move from reactive to proactive operations, catching issues before customers feel them
The results are better informed decisions, faster resolution, and happier customers.
Our goal is simple. Give operators of all sizes clear, actionable insight into their networks without adding operational overhead.
Getting to Know the NCTC Community
We got our first real taste of the NCTC community at the NCTC Independent Show in Salt Lake City last year, and it left a strong impression.
The conversations we had—on the show floor and in between sessions—were candid, insightful, and refreshingly grounded in real-world challenges. It was clear that NCTC isn’t just another industry trade show. It’s about building a community where operators can learn from one another, NCTC, and its partners and find solutions that actually fit their needs.
Those conversations helped confirm what we already believed. Independent operators deserve modern intelligence tools built specifically for them. Partnering with NCTC allows us to engage more deeply with that community and better support its members.
“Operators don’t need more dashboards—they need to correlate their telemetry data with how their customers are actually experiencing the network. And not in the past, but rather, while it is happening. NCTC plays a critical role in helping operators cut through complexity and adopt solutions that are proven, practical, and built for their scale. We’re excited to support that mission as an Approved Partner and be a part of the NCTC community.”

Looking Ahead
We’re excited to engage more deeply with NCTC members through ongoing conversations, education, and events—including the NCTC Winter Educational Conference (WEC), February 16–18, 2026 in Las Vegas, where we’ll be exhibiting.
If you’re attending, we’d love to connect. Our team will be there to share how we’re helping operators improve visibility, reduce downtime, and run their networks with confidence. We’d love to hear about the challenges you’re facing and explore how we can help.
And we will be debuting our Streaming Calendar to help you plan and predict network surges—all with the end goal of delighting your customers!
